Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Public Relations Associate to join our team and help elevate our company's brand presence in a competitive marketplace. As a Public Relations Associate, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing communication strategies that enhance our reputation and strengthen our relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, media, and the public Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of public relations strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Draft and edit press releases, articles, and other PR materials.
• Manage media lists and cultivate relationships with journalists and influencers.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage and report findings to the team.
• Coordinate events, press conferences, and promotional activities.
• Support internal communication initiatives to enhance employee engagement.

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in public relations or a communications role.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and basic graphic design tools.
