Job Description

Kaiser is looking for an experienced Lab Tech to work in their Pathology department assisting with sample processing and organization. This is a full-time position, M-F 8am-5pm. Please apply for more details! The main function is to perform complex medical laboratory tests for the diagnosis and treatment. This role requires preferably one year of expertise in a histology or pathology lab.. Essential Skills + Histology/Pathology: Proficient in the study and analysis of tissue samples. + Handling patient samples: Experienced in managing, labeling and processing various types of samples and/or filing slides. + Biology knowledge: Strong understanding of biological principles and processes. + Lab support: Capable of providing support within the laboratory, including assisting with experiments and maintaining equipment. + Lab equipment handling: Skilled in operating and maintaining laboratory equipment. + HS Diploma with industry experience or BS Degree in the sciences Work Environment This position is based in a laboratory setting, where you will have the opportunity to build your resume with valuable experience. You will work with advanced laboratory equipment and technologies, contributing to significant clinical and research projects. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
