Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine)

A Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) is needed in Gardner, MA.

Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an opportunity in a mission-driven healthcare organization dedicated to serving the underinsured, uninsured, and low-income patients in Gardner and surrounding areas. This role is within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with a long-standing reputation for providing high-quality, compassionate care to the community.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: $225,000
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000
• Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
• RVU Bonus
• Quality Incentive Bonus
• Health Insurance – Employer contributes 70% (Approx. $80 per pay period), coverage starts Day 1
• Dental and Vision Insurance (2 plans available)
• Retirement Plan – 401(K) with 3% company match, fully vested after 1 year
• Student Loan Repayment Assistance – Eligible for between $50,000 - $100,000

Responsibilities

• Monday to Friday schedule promoting work-life balance (36 clinical hours, 4 hours admin)
• Outpatient primary care setting
• No nights or weekends
• Average patient volume: 22 per day
• Minimal on-call rotation
• Full support staff available
• Autonomy in practice

Requirements

• Experience preferred, but new graduates will be considered
• H1B and J1 Visa Sponsorship Available
• Passion for compassionate, patient-centered care
• Clear and active medical license in the State of Massachusetts
• MD/DO degree required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
