Talis Group’s client is a nationally recognized market leader providing equipment and supplies for the agricultural industry. This growing ecommerce company with over 100 years of experience in the industry and an employee-centric culture is hiring a Warehouse Manager for their location East of Elizabethtown. The hands-on Warehouse Manager will lead and transform their warehouse processes, champion a culture of continuous improvement and contribute directly to the company’s growth.

Highlighted Duties: 

• This hands-on leadership role is responsible for planning, organizing, and monitoring the shipping, receiving and inventory control, ensuring accurate, efficient, and timely fulfillment for both internal and external customers.
• Optimize warehouse layout, product flow, and handling systems to maximize space and efficiency.
• Build and track key performance metrics for picking, shipping, and inventory cycles.
• Utilize software to enhance process visibility and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline shipping and warehousing strategies.
• Lead and mentor a team to consistently meet service and productivity goals.
• Ensure a safe and organized work environment through proactive training and compliance.
• Maintain a strong customer service focus while controlling operating costs.
• Continuously identify and implement improvements in all areas of warehouse operations.

Highlighted Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a warehouse or distribution environment required.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Prefer experience in eCommerce environment.
• Seeking freight management and fulfillment best practices.
• Proven leadership and team-building skills, with excellent communication abilities.
• Adaptable, results-oriented, and highly organized.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
