Job Description

We are looking for a Warehouse Manager as we continue to grow and want an overachiever to oversee our warehouse. If you’ve got a proven track record and are ready to share your experience and leadership skills, this might be the right company for you. As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for leading the warehouse associates, warehouse safety practices, setting goals and KPI’s, inventory control, and coordinating deliveries to and from job sites. 

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a warehouse management / supervisory role
• Excellent Leadership including abilities to set goals, motivate and manage conflict. 
• In-depth understanding of industry and company best practices for the warehouse
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Proven track record with 2-3 years in management experience
• Proficiency in inventory software, Microsoft Office or Google Suite
• Service Titan experience a plus
• Physical strength, stamina and the ability to walk or stand for long period of time
• Forklift certification preferred

Responsibilities:

• Proven experience with at least 2 years in warehouse supervisory or managerial role.
• Ability to build strong and trusting relationships with team members and business partners; Works collaboratively and cross functionally to achieveobjectives.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and practices 
• Communicates with energy, positivity to motivate, influence, and inspire commitment and action to attain company goals. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications related to warehouse management 
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Familiarity with modern warehouse practices and methods preferred 
• Other duties as assigned
