American Vascular Associates is seeking a full-time Vascular Surgeon for our center in Columbus, GA. This is a unique opportunity to join a well-established outpatient Office-Based Lab (OBL) focused on delivering cutting-edge vascular and interventional procedures, with a strong focus on PAD treatments, embolizations, dialysis access, superficial and deep venous interventions. Qualifications
• MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Vascular Surgery
• Fellowship training in Vascular surgery required
• Active Georgia medical license or ability to obtain
• Preferably 3+ years of interventional/vascular experience, but new graduates with strong fellowship experience will be considered
• Willingness to engage in practice building and community outreach
This is a full-time position with Center hours Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, No Call and No Weekends.
We offer customized compensation plans from $450K to $650K depending on your experience, training, certification and job fit.
Skills/Experience
Expertise in Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD) treatments, ablations, embolizations, dialysis access, and venous interventions.
Proficient in interventional surgery techniques with minimal diagnostic imaging.
Strong patient-care focus with the ability to provide compassionate, efficient outpatient care.
Excellent communication skills for patient education and community outreach.
Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and build positive relationships within a network of vascular centers.
Leadership potential and a proactive approach to practice growth and development.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills in a clinical setting.
