As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to create a secure and welcoming environment within a residential community. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the location, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that arise. You will interact with residents and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication while upholding the highest standards of professionalism. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling the property using a company vehicle. Join our team and be part of a company that delivers through teamwork and always acts with integrity. **Position Type: Part Time** **Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour** **Job Schedule:** **Day** **Time** Wed10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Fri02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sat06:00 AM - 02:00 PM **What You'll Do:** + Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites + Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education + Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams + Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service + Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise **Responsibilities:** + Provide customer service to residents and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. + Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. + Conduct regular and random patrols around the residential community and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
