In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping and maintaining our company's public image, enhancing brand awareness, and promoting our initiatives. As the Public Relations Associate, you will work closely with the Public Relations Manager to develop and implement effective PR campaigns, create engaging content for various platforms, and build strong relationships with media representatives and stakeholders. Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing PR strategies and campaigns
• Draft press releases, media advisories, and other communication materials
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists and media outlets
• Monitor media coverage and prepare media reports
• Coordinate and assist with events, including press conferences and promotional events
• Manage social media accounts and create engaging content for various platforms
• Conduct research to support PR initiatives and understand industry trends

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in public relations or communications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency with social media platforms and tools
• Familiarity with media monitoring and reporting software
