Location: Dallas, TX Working Hours: Monday to Friday Salary Range: $37,500 - $43,500 per year Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Public Relations Associate to join our team and help shape the public image of our organization. In this role, you will play a key part in promoting our brand and building positive relationships with the media, stakeholders, and the public. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of PR campaigns and strategies.
• Draft and distribute press releases, media advisories, and other communications materials.
• Monitor media coverage and create reports detailing coverage analytics and insights.
• Manage and update the organization’s social media platforms to enhance brand visibility.
• Coordinate and execute events, including press conferences, community outreach, and promotional events.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and other media contacts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in public relations or communications roles.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
