Ligori & Ligori is seeking an experienced Litigation Family Law Attorney to join our growing Tampa office and help us expand into new area of LAW. 
We represent clients through some of life’s most difficult challenges — divorce, custody disputes, alimony, child support, and more — and we need a litigator who can step into the courtroom with confidence and skill.

The ideal candidate is trial-ready, strategic, and compassionate — able to advocate fiercely for clients while navigating the emotional and legal complexities of Family Law. An existing book of business is highly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base/Draw Pay: $100,000 annually.
• Commission: Performance-based (earning potential $400K+).
  (Full commission structure discussed during interview. High earnings require commitment and results.)
• Life Insurance: $50,000 policy fully paid by the firm.
• Paid Time Off:
  • 1 week after 6 months.
  • 2 weeks after 1 year.
  • 3 weeks after 2 years.
  • 6 personal/sick days + 6 federal holidays annually.
• Health Coverage:
  • 4 plan options (including HSA).
  • 100% firm-paid health, dental & vision (basic plan).
  • Benefits begin 1st of the month after 30 days.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of litigation experience in Family Law (divorce, custody, child support, alimony, modifications, relocations, injunctions, etc.).
• Proven trial and courtroom experience, including hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Strong command of the Florida Evidence Code and Florida Family Law Rules of Procedure.
• Ability to balance compassion for clients with tenacity in litigation.
• Existing book of business (preferred).
• Bilingual (preferred).
• J.D. and active Florida Bar membership in good standing.
