This is a full-time, on-site role, where you’ll be directly involved in planning, coordinating, and delivering events from start to finish.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

In this role, you’ll help bring events to life by:

• Supporting Event Planning & Logistics: Assist with scheduling, vendor coordination, timelines, and on-site setup.
• On-Site Event Support: Be hands-on during events to ensure everything runs smoothly and attendees have a great experience.
• Creating Materials: Help develop presentations, signage, and event collateral for both digital and print.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure every detail is aligned.
• Tracking Results: Collect feedback, prepare reports, and support post-event evaluations.

What You’ll Bring

• Detail-oriented and highly organized—you can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
• A strong communicator—clear, professional, and approachable both in writing and speaking.
• Adaptable and resourceful—you stay calm under pressure and solve problems quickly.
• Tech-friendly—comfortable using Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; experience with event tools, design software, or social platforms is a plus.
• Collaborative and dependable—a team player who can be counted on.
• Experienced in events, marketing, or communications—preferred, but enthusiasm and initiative are just as important.
