About the Role:An Event Coordinator is a key player in bringing our creative visions to life. This role involves planning, organizing, and executing both internal and client-facing events that align with branding and strategic goals. From concept to completion, the Event Coordinator ensures that every detail is managed to deliver a seamless and memorable experience.

Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate a variety of corporate and promotional events

Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand event objectives

Manage logistics including venues, vendors, budgets, and timelines

Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown

Ensure branding and messaging are consistent across all event elements

Handle on-site problem solving to ensure smooth execution

Evaluate event success and prepare post-event reports

Qualifications:

Previous experience in event coordination or planning (1-2 years preferred)

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Strong communication and negotiation abilities

Creative mindset with attention to detail

Proficiency in MS Office and event planning tools

Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes
