Job DescriptionAn Event Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events from concept to completion. This role involves managing logistics, coordinating with vendors, overseeing event budgets, and ensuring a smooth experience for attendees. At Style Netbox, our Event Coordinator will work closely with clients and our creative team to deliver memorable and impactful events that align with brand objectives.
Responsibilities

Plan and execute events, including corporate meetings, promotional events, and brand activations.

Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure timely and quality service.

Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.

Create event timelines, schedules, and detailed plans.

Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown.
*
Address and resolve any issues or emergencies that arise during events.
*
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and maximize attendance.
*
Provide post-event reports and feedback to improve future events.
Qualifications
*
Previous experience as an Event Coordinator or in a similar role.
*
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
*
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
*
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
*
Knowledge of event planning software and tools is a plus.

Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
