Customer Service Representative (Front Desk) – Somersworth, NH.
No Weekends | No Wrench Turning | Just Warm Smiles and World-Class Service.

At Central Park Garage , we’re not just fixing cars. We’re building relationships. We’re on the hunt for a Customer Service Representative who doesn’t need to know a thing about vehicles — just how to take care of people.

• Be the face and voice of the shop — greet every customer like they’re walking into your home.
• Answer phones like a pro — warm, clear, confident, never robotic.
• Keep things moving smoothly — help schedule appointments, update customers, and prep paperwork.
• Handle loaner vehicles — keys, contracts, smiles, done.
• Follow up after visits — make the “just checking in” call that actually makes someone’s day.
• Own the vibe — coffee stocked, waiting room spotless, music just right. You're the reason they remember us.

What We’re Looking For:

• Hospitality, retail, or receptionist experience? Awesome. But not required.

Important:  
You do not need automotive knowledge. If you can Google “what’s a timing belt,” that’s enough. We’ll teach you what you need to know.
