The goal of Mygrant Glass Company is to provide friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt service to our wholesale auto glass customers.

Mygrant Glass was founded in 1926 by the Mygrant family and has grown to a national company with over 80 locations and growing. Mygrant Glass remains a wonderful family-owned business that strives to attract and keep quality personnel.

• Enter customer orders for auto glass parts and process customer returns.
• Process daily cash, credit cards, and check deposits with accurate data entry.
• Interact positively with other Mygrant Glass employees.
• Assist with inventory - interacting with operation warehouse inventory control.
• Interact with customers via telephone and in person providing information and assistance.
• Show the highest level of customer service.
• Support customer success by being friendly, hardworking, and a problem-solver.

Qualifications:

• Friendly voice with superior telephone and people skills.
• Able to communicate clearly.
• Must be organized and able to multi-task.
• General knowledge of Microsoft products.
• Type 30 wpm (preferred).
• Excellent at resolving customer conflict.
• Willing to learn and follow directives.
• Exhibit patience and attentiveness.
