Full-Time – Pasadena, CA

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our front office team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) . This is a full-time position that offers clear advancement opportunities into a Service Advisor Apprentice role for those who demonstrate leadership, communication skills, and dedication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in-person, by phone, and via text with professionalism and care.
  • Schedule appointments, dispatch repair orders, and communicate job status updates.
  • Maintain customer records, vehicle history, and follow SOP protocols accurately.
  • Shuttle customers and other shuttle duties.
  • Handle warranty follow-ups, collect payments, and close out repair tickets.
  • Maintain and management of inventory and parts.
  • Collaborate closely with service advisors and technicians to ensure exceptional service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the front office and customer waiting area.
  • Perform light facility duties including lifting up to 50 lbs (tires, supplies).


What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 3 year of customer service experience (automotive preferred but not required)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident communicator with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using shop software and communication tools.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs safely and follow safety protocols.
